If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Experiencia perfecta. Los dueños son muy amables y disponibles en cada momento. la autocaravana es fiel a las fotos, bien cuidada a pesar de la edad que tiene y muy funcional. Nos han dejado todo lo necesario para poder disfrutar sea el interior que el exterior. Para nosotros era la primera vez y nos han explicado con calma y paciencia todo el funcionamiento de cada pieza. Para repetir!

Una experiència genial, llevar tu casa sobre ruedas, sin prisas, disfrutando de todos los momentos. Lo Mejor amanecer por la mañana en un paraje espectacular tomando el cafè. Recomiendo esta autocaravana especialment por los propietaris que han sido Muy amables en todo momento. Hemos estado Muy contentos por el trato y la confianza que desprenen.
