Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La propriétaire était très prévenante (explications sur l'utilisation des différents équipements), et disponible pour le seul petit soucis rencontré (un bouchon de vidange de la douche qui ne s'ouvrait pas...).
Le camping car était très logeable pour 4 personnes (couchage) et même à 6 (4 adultes et 2 ados) pour les repas en cas de mauvais temps.
Bref, un plaisir d'avoir loué ce camping car. Merci beaucoup.

Très bon séjour avec le camping-car de Christel. Celui-ci est en bon état et facile à conduire. Christel est une personne très accueillante, souriante, très réactive et qui vous explique le fonctionnement de son véhicule de A à Z! Il n'a plus de secret pour vous... Et si toutefois vous avez manqué une étape, Christel répondra présente au téléphone très rapidement.

Première expérience très positive. Le camping-car est très agréable à vivre, spacieux. Parfait pour de courtes distances entre chaque stop du fait du fauteuil conducteur un peu haut, ce qui rend la nuque raide sur des longues distances. Très propre, bref nous sommes très satisfaits et réitérerons !
