Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

O nosso aluguer correu de forma excecional. O sr. Pedro foi sempre disponível e prático nas dúvidas que surgiram ao longo da viagem. A caravana portou-se lindamende e ficamos com o sentimento de querer regressar.. vimos muito mas há tanto para ver. A experiência com a caravana permitiu vermos a Costa de uma forma totalmente diferente ao que estavamos habituadas, fez com que também nos tivessemos de desenrascar em várias situações. Em suma, experiência de uma vida! Ficamos fãs.

Pedro is an amazing host, he was always available before, during and after the rental, always answering our inquiries and doubts in the best possible way. The RV was incredible, fully equipped and with tiny details that made extra comfort, pretty new and well maintained. Will repeat for sure!

Super voyage et camping car. Pedro n'a pas hésité à venir nous dépanner un matin alors que nous étions près de Porto suite a un soucis d'eau chaude dans le camping car. Tout est rentré dans l'ordre après son intervention et nous avons repris notre voyage

Correu tudo sobre rodas, mesmo! O veículo é perfeito para uma família com 1/2 filhos e não deu qualquer problema, antes uma grande experiência de condução.
O sr. Pedro foi super prestável nas explicações e esteve sempre disponível. Não podíamos pedir uma melhor estreia!
