Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Fizemos uma viagem de 5 amigos com esta autocaravana e foi das melhores experiencias das nossas vidas , os melhores 3005 km de sempre .
Carrinha com a melhores condiçoes possivies e o melhor conforto de sempre . Bem equipada sem esxistencia de algum defeito .
Passamos por zonas com temperaturas bem negativas e nunca nos deixou mal com o seu maravilhoso sistema de aquecimento central e de aguas quentes para os banhos melhores as vezes que os banhos de casa .
A experiência com a dona foi impecavel do inicio ao fim tanto na apresentação como na finalização no que toca a acertos de valores de caucao e via verde .

La propriétaire et le contracté sont bieb déroulé, mais le véhicule manque d'entretien la caméra de recul ne fonctionne pas ainsi que l'auvent l'air climatisé n'est qu'un refroidisseur à l'eau en plein été sera très chaud, beaucoup de dégât à la carrosserie prendre des photos camion agréable à conduire et confortable. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances !

Availability and communication with the owner was good. Guided through the apps suggested, we were able to find places to park the campervan in every town.
The vehicle was really clean, but I think that the service including towels and two blankets wass expensive.
A real setback was a fuse that was faulty. We had to change it twice in 6 days. The thing is that when this fuse was out a 240V and a usb plug along with the bed that would not drop down where out of order. So we weren't able to sleep.
Overall it was a pleasant experience.
