Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

We had a fantastic rental experience. The owners went above and beyond to help us have a first great experience renting a caravan.
The vehicle was waiting for us super clean, like it was just brought out from factory. Tamara and Michele were very friendly, and very punctual. We got and returned the vehicle as soon as we got there. They were very keen on getting us to understand how the RV works, and this was very helpful. The car is old but it drives well, once you get used to it.
The house is completely functional and very enjoyable.

Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa na autocaravana da Tamara! Apesar de ter sido nossa primeira viagem com uma destas, depois das explicações e dicas que ela e o marido nos deram correu tudo super bem. O espaço interno é ótimo, passamos uma semana viajando por diversas praias no verão com muito conforto e segurança. Recomendamos para todos!
