Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Tivemos uma experiencia extraordinaria ! Nunca haviamos experimentado umas ferias de Autocaravana e correu tudo otimamente bem !
A Tamara e o Michel são fantasticos e passaram toda a informação sobre a autocaravana. Para ajudar todo o processo enviaram filmes sobre cada uma das operações necessarias nos processos diarios da caravana! Estes filmes mostraram-se bastante uteis no dia á dia.
Toda a familia adorou e e vivemos uma serie de novas experienecias ! Vamos seguramente repetir esta aventura.
A autocarava ao inicio parece gigante e de dificil utilização , mas é só nas primeiras horas, depois habituamo-nos rapidamente. Está bem equipada, e muito asseada.

Tamara and Michelle made the motor van fill like home away from home. I found out that when you rent from a person it is so important to find good people.. Tamara and Michelle are the greatest people we could hope to find!! I recommend any one to rent their van!!!!!!
