Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Propietària molt recomanable, molt fàcil la comunicació i molt atenta. El vehicle no és nou però tot funciona perfectament. Vam viatjar dos adults i tres nens per les Dolomitas i tot va anar perfectament. Repetirem

Seconda volta col camper di Mindy. Viaggio fantastico, nessun problema, nonostante le innumerevoli salite e discesce della bellissima Valle d'Aosta. Alla prossima!

Han sido las mejores vacaciones en familia. La autocaravana ha cumplido con creces nuestras exigencias. Muy fácil de conducir, manejar, fiable y muy cómoda. Han sido 10 días de viaje, hemos estado en todos los sitios turísticos de la zona de los Dolomitas. En campings y en zonas habilitadas. Los niños han utilizado las dos literas y mi mujer y yo la cama de matrimonio. La cocina y la nevera es muy práctica. El baño dispone de una ducha independiente con agua muy caliente. Todo perfecto, cómodo y confortable. El espacio es suficiente para guardar ropa, comida... Tiene todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables!

Abbiamo deciso di noleggiare il camper di Mindy per provare una disposizione diversa interna rispetto a quello noleggiato fino ad ora. Il camper ha tutto ciò che serve, anche di più, perchè Mindy mette a disposizione anche lenzuola ed asciugamani, quindi si deve pensare solamente alle valigie!
Lei poi, un vulcano di energia super disponibile! Voto 10!!
