About this van
This is Red Pearl. It's an ideal campervan for a few days of adventure, romance or a surftrip.
It is perfectly equipped for holidays. It has a large double bed. It is practical to drive and park, due to its compact size. It has a roof rack facilitating the transport of boards and recreational equipment. There is a solar shower outside and a portable toilet inside. With a practical table and chairs to enjoy your meals. The whole interior is made out of wood.
It has a gas stove with grill option. Inside you have a water sink, usb and 12v socket, fridge with freezer and interior lights for your comfort. It has solar panel to never run out of power.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Siamo una coppia alla nostra prima esperienza in Van e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Abbiamo affittato il Red Pearl di Celia e Ricardo, che sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno spiegato tutto con attenzione. Io ero un po' preoccupato non avendo mai guidato un van prima, ma già dopo una quarantina di minuti in strada avevo preso confidenza con il mezzo e non ho avuto nessun problema. Il campervan in questo caso era un furgone riconvertito in modo estremamente intelligente e funzionale da Ricardo, con l'interno in legno e piccoli dettagli colorati che lo rendono originale ed esteticamente bellissimo (abbiamo ricevuto complimenti da tutti!). Siamo partiti da Lisbona e ci siamo diretti a sud nell'Algarve, il viaggio è lungo Ricardo ci ha sconsigliato di prendere l'autostrada per i costi e per la velocità del veicolo che non supera gli ottanta all'ora. Però è ben collegato con una strada statale molto ampia che ti porta fino ad Albufeira (IC1). Grazie all'app utilissima Park4night, che ci é stata consigliata da Celia, abbiamo trovato camping e parcheggi appositi dove sostare in serenità e ricaricare l'acqua. Consigliamo comunque di sostare nei camping piuttosto che nelle aree di sosta, poiché più facile per ricaricare l'acqua e utilizzare i bagni - il van è dotato di un pannello solare che permette di avere sempre a disposizione energia (anche se l'illuminazione non era tantissima) e che alimenta anche una doccia, che però noi non abbiamo utilizzato avendo sostato quasi sempre nei camping. Molto utile anche il fornelletto a gas, che invece abbiamo utilizzato parecchio.
Insomma, consigliamo vivamente Red Pearl, che ci ha regalato un'esperienza nuova e unica, e una vacanza indimenticabile!

What an adventure !! It was our first time un a van and i Portugal and we weren't disppointed, far from it. An wonderful experience to be repeated !
Everything went very well. Some difficulties in the climbs but otherwise everything went well ! The van is super well equipped, very comfortable and well organized. Perfect to admire the wonderful sunsets or to contemplate the stars!
Celia and Ricardo were adorable, caring from the first moment and attentive to details! Thank you for your delicious pancakes!
Great Van Red Pearl, great owners, we recommend this van for a fabulous road trip in Portugal!

Van super confortevole e funzionale. Letto spazioso. Noleggiato per sei notti e tutto è andato bene. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili a darci tutte le informazioni. Esperienza consigliata anche per chi, come noi, non ha mai noleggiato un van.

The car is great! We had a great time, there is everything we needed and Celia and Ricardo were always helpful on the phone. Once it is an older car, be prepared to go slower and get your arms strong, because the wheel especially for parking is little harsh. It is normal with older cars. Enjoy and thank you.

they welcomed us very nicely when we first met them and the van. It got everything that you need and more. At the same time, we appreciated the compact size of the van as it was very easy to drive. Very much recommended 🙂

We discovered the vanlife with Jolly Roger and loved it! She's beautiful, pleasant to drive after a few minutes of adjustment and quite comfortable, the bed is great we slept well. Everything has its place and fits perfectly. We had a good contact with Celia and Ricardo. So sad to leave..we'll be back! <3
