Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Voilà l'aventure est fini , avec des souvenirs plein la tête . La location c'est très bien passé ,les propriétaires sont agréables et ont un camping-car très bien équipé et agréable à conduire . Les explications mon était données correctement . Je recommande et n'hésiterai pas à relouer ce camping car pour d'autre road-trip .

La preparation dela location a ete tres facile avec les proprietaires.
Tres réactifs pour repondre à nos questions.
Accueil impecable lors de la remise des clés.
Explications du fonctionnement du camping-car au top avant le depart.
Le vehicule est en tres bon etat, puissant et maniable.
Le retour du vehicule c'est passé facilement.
Gros point positif, nous avons pu laisser la voiture chez les propriétaires pendant toute la periode de la location.

Notre première expérience en Camping car s est très bien déroulé ! Sans aucun soucis après de bonnes explications par les propriétaires. Un camping car de qualité qui nous a permis de profiter au maximum ! Nous repartirons s est sur !
