Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Foi a nossa primeira experiência, correu super bem, o Jorge está sempre contactável para esclarecer alguma dúvida! A caravana é super fácil de conduzir. Não foi preciso levar lençóis nem toalhas, porque eles fornecem e estão impecávelmente cheirosas. Recomendo vivamente.

Como esta foi a nossa primeira viagem de autocaravana, ficamos muito satisfeitos com todo o processo. O site disponibiliza todas as informações sobre o veículo e o processo de aluguel é muito fácil, rápido e seguro. O Jorge e sua esposa são muito simpáticos e nos receberam muito bem ! A autocaravana está em ótimas condições e é muito bem equipada . Rodamos mais de 2.000 km em 15 dias e não tivemos nenhum contratempo , nem sentimos falta de nada . Possui GPS , Wi-fi , vários aplicativos para campismo , mapas, ferramentas, câmera para estacionamento, roupas de cama ,toalhas , mesa e cadeiras para uso externo , louça , panelas , artigos de segurança e de limpeza, camas boas e muito mais! Realmente , ficamos muito impressionados com a organização , pois há tudo o que se precisa para uma viagem deste tipo , além da cordialidade com que fomos tratados pelo Jorge e sua esposa , e a disponibilidade em esclarecer nossas dúvidas de viajantes inexperientes . Outra facilidade foi que o veículo possui o cartão Via Verde para os pedágios ( portagens ) e pagamos apenas no retorno, sem ter que pagá-los a cada vez. Tivemos uma ótima experiência com esta viagem, tanto com o site Yescapa, como com o Jorge , que cumpriram à risca o contratado. Certamente , se tivermos oportunidade, repetiremos a experiência! Recomendamos vivamente o Jorge e sua autocaravana para quem quiser ter uma ótima viagem !
