Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Jean louis et Isabelle nous ont confié leur fourgon Mac Louis. Leurs indications et leur bienveillance nous ont permis de profiter de notre semaine de vacances en Aveyron sans souci ni surprise. Un fourgon propre, en parfait état de fonctionnement. Sa situation de départ près de Brive est idéale pour des parisiens qui se rendent vers le sud /sud ouest.

Super expérience avec ce séjour en fourgon aménagé en région dordogne. Un véhicule très maniable dans les petites routes de cette région, nuitées chez les producteurs locaux / fermiers en toute autonomie. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et remercions Isabelle et son mari pour leur confiance et communication tout au long de nos vacances. Nous reconduirons l'expérience !

The trip was awesome. Our hosts were very flexible, courteous and kind. The vehicle was 10/10. I highly recommend this van for new EU drivers. It's automatic transmission, easy to see around you and to eat, sleep and travel in one place saves tons of money. Plus it has bathroom and shower! It's also small enough (6m) to park in most standard stalls in EU. Excellent choice for 2 ppl, plenty of speed to pass slow movers on the motorway, cruises nicely in small villages. Isabelle and her Husband are just so kind, we hope the come to visit next time they are in US!

Cette location était ma première expérience itinérante et le fourgon aménagé d'Isabelle est simplement au top. Le confort est tel que l'on s'adapte très rapidement à ce mode de vie. De la conduite jusqu'au couchage tout est agréable. Si ma compagne et moi même réitérons ce mode de vacances je n'hésiterai pas à recontacter Isabelle qui est très très sympathique, disponible et arrangeante.

Mon mari Jean-Louis et moi-même vivons à La Panne depuis plus de 3 ans. Nous sommes ”presquu” retraités et notre fille a quitté le nid....Comme nous aimons voyager dès que cela nous est possible sans contrainte, nous avons opté tout naturellement pour le fourgon, plus passe-partout que le camping car et nous sommes ravis!
