In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

The booking is confirmed

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

30 days before departure

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Departure

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

We have spend 6 nights with the Continental 20 model. All was perfect, the campervan as also the service of Maria. Easy to exchange with Maria in spanish or english, always available if you need support or questions. The Campervan was clean, well prepared and we fully enjoyed our holidays. Ready to do it again! Hemos estado una semana por los Pirineos Aragoneses y ha sido una experiencia increíble! Era la primera vez que viajábamos con autocaravana y nos ha encantado. La autocaravana es una maravilla, tiene de todo y más y todo está en perfecto estado, muy limpia y con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Íbamos con dos niños y no hemos echado de menos nada. Los propietarios de 10, Reme y Carlos han estado super atentos y disponibles en todo momento, nos han hecho sentir muy cómodos. ¡¡Repetiremos seguro!!

Espectacular el trato de los propietarios, de 10! Lo hacen desde el cariño, son muy cercanos y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden, como si fueran amigos de toda la vida. Se preocupan porque estés a gusto y se agradece infinito. Responden casi al momento con las mil dudas que puedan surgir y siempre con una actitud positiva y de buen rollo.

La AC de lujo, nuevísima y te la entregan tan tan limpia que parece sacada del concesionario.

Tanto por la AC como por ellos, nuestro consejo es que no dudéis en alquilar su Chikiwally, como ellos le llaman :)
