Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Great owners. Everything went smoothly. The van is a little older but still very comfortable to drive and is fully equipped with everything you might need.

Everything went smoothly. Although it's not a recent van, it is very easy to drive and comfortable enough for the basics. A few things are not working properly but nothing essential or too important.
The owners were always available for any doubts or questions during the trip.
Totally recomend if you want to have a chilled, slow trip, specially out of the peak of summer since there is no air con :)

Muy buena comunicación, disposición y atención de los propietarios. El vehículo es muy espacioso y práctico para viajar con 2 niños pequeños (4 en total). La única pega es la antigüedad del mismo y que ya tenía desgaste y algunos truquillos para las cosas (alguna luz no funcionaba, algún tirador de armario, y los sensores de nivel de los depósitos, que no eran muy exactos), pero si has alquilado antes o tienes ac, no te supondrá ningún problema.
La experiencia en general fue muy satisfactoria, así que lo recomiendo.

Excellent owner. Very friendly and perfect communication. We arranged bed linen and towels for an extra cost. Unfortunately we had a puncture in our second day but owner easy to contact and all tools and spare tyre available on board. The ad does not have many pictures but the vehicle was no problem . It is a little old but has hot water, boiler, fridge/freezer, shower and solar panels. Pretty much independent to allow free camping anywhere you want. No air conditioning but you don’t need it as there is a fan and lots of vents and windows. We had a great time and would recommend it.
