The bathroom has a separate shower and the chemical is included. * Accessories that are part of the rental: - Kitchen utensils (pot, frying pan, utensils, cloths and cleaning kit); - Tableware (plates, glasses, cutlery); - Outdoor table and benches; - Water supply hose and accessories; - Fire extinguisher and blanket; * Bed linen and bath towels are not included but it is possible to include under payment of a fee: - Bed linen: 10 € per bed; - Towels: 10 € per set (face and body); * Possibility of delivering the motorhome to a place to be agreed upon payment of a fee to be agreed depending on the distance. Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Foi a minha primeira vez a conduzir uma autocaravana. Fui com a minha filha de 2 anos. Não podia ter escolhido melhor! O Marcelo explicou-me tudo da melhor forma, esteve sempre disponível e a autocarava estava impecável, tinha tudo o que precisei e é bem agradável de conduzir. Não hesitem em reservar com o Marcelo!
