If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Ha sido una escapada de 5 días, a la sierra de Madrid. La situación no dá para más...era nuestra primera experiencia y la cerdad es que ha sido genial! Los dueños, encantadores y la caravana todo un lujo. Muy recomendable! Te explican todo al detalle así que no hubo ningún problema.

Ha sido nuestra primera experiencia en familia (4 personas) en autocaravana y ha sido realmente maravillosa. Los propietarios (Rosa y Luis) nos dieron una información (sobre la autocaravana, aplicaciones informáticas, consejos de viaje, etc) tan precisa y exhaustiva antes del viaje que no hemos tenido ningún problema durante la semana. Su amabilidad y disposición a ayudarnos en todo momento ha sido impresionante. El vehículo estaba en perfectas condiciones. Por supuesto que repetiríamos la experiencia con esta autocaravana y con ellos, porque han convertido esta primera experiencia en un recuerdo familiar inolvidable.

Excelente experiencia. Rosa y Luis han sido muy amables, respondieron todas nuestras consultas y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos para que nuestro viaje fuera un éxito. La autocaravana estaba en perfecto estado, como nueva. Resultó ser muy cómoda para nosotros y práctica a la hora de circular tanto por ciudad como por ruta.
