Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Réponses réactives de Samuel. Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec le bus, qui est âgé mais qui fonctionne encore bien. A noter toutefois qu'il faut beaucoup de force pour manier les aménagements intérieurs, pex. pour lever la tente de toit.
Tristes que ce soit déjà fini.

We had a great time exploring Gran Canaria from North to south with the Van.
Samuel send us a permit and places in nature where we can stay overnight. He also give information how the Van works.
We can recommend booking the Van. Very kind and helpful people. We loved to see them again.

Great van!
First we where a bit suprised becouse of the age of the van, but the van is in great conditions. It has great interior (fridge, cooker, sink and all cooking equipement), sleeping place and enough space.
We had great experience with the owner and with the van.

Samuel was great to rent from! He helped us with transportation logistics and explained all the details of the car very well. Any questions we had he responded right away. The van was reliable, well stocked, and perfect for two people and bikes. We had an excellent experience overall! Highly recommend this vehicle and owner.

No hemos tenido problemas durante nuestro viaje. Han sido unos 1500 kms y el motor ha respondido muy bien. El arrendador de la autocaravana hay sido muy amable en todo momento y muy transparente. Si tuviera que volver a alquilar, recordaría esta experiencia y alquilaría esta autocaravana.
