Cancellation terms

In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

The booking is confirmed

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

30 days before departure

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Departure

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Seconde location donc un peu plus l'habitude du fonctionnement de ces petites maisons roulantes ! Le véhicule de Stéphane est en superbe état et très bien équipé. La literie est très confortable et c'est un point à signaler. Pour le reste, il y avait tout à bord pour passer un excellent séjour ! Merci encore 👍🏻

Ha sido nuestro primer gran viaje en autocaravana y lo hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Normandía es una región espectacular que lo tiene todo: historia, gastronomía, cultura y buena gente. Stephane y sus mujer nos ayudaron mucho. 100% recomendable.

Van très agréable en famille (2 adultes + 2 enfants). Autonomie de 2-3 jours sans souci. Confort de vie et de conduite garantit. Il consomme peu, est fonctionnel et l'équipement de base est largement suffisant.

Une expérience de 3000km qui laissera de bons souvenirs!
