If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

A Rimor porta-se muito bem, apesar de ser uma Caravana antiga e se notar que já precisa de alguns retóques aqui e ali, nunca desiludiu...
O Ricardo sempre disponível em qualquer dúvida que tinhamos relativamente ao funcionamento da caravana , visto que não eramos de todo entendidas no assunto. Obrigada Ricardo por tudo...

Ricardo is an amazing person. He was always available. He provided all the information on how to use property the motorhome and shared his knowledge regarding potential issues I could meet during the trip that help me a lot.
With regards to the motorhome, my family enjoyed so much. It’s not new or too fast, but we were felt comfortable and the trip went smoothly.

A viagem correu bem, foi uma semana pelo interior de Portugal de Lisboa até Bragança e retorno. O veículo portou-se sempre bem, não anda muito rápido mas nunca falhou.
O veículo já tem uns anos e acusa o desgaste. É preciso conviver com alguns "jeitos" para por tudo a funcionar.
O Ricardo foi impecável, sempre prestável e disponível, ajudando com todos os aspectos.
Devido a alguma descordenação na entrega houve uma falha na preparação e limpeza do veículo, mas que foi pontual e que creio não ser comum.

O Ricardo foi super disponível e deixou nós muito á vontade para a nossa primeira experiência de caravana, o que facilitou muito esta experiência maravilhosa. A caravana tem alguns anos pelo que teve alguns problemas próprios do andamento, mas felizmente aguentou se até ao fim e deu nos uma experiência memorável.
