If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Der Bus ist super, wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Was nicht schön war: Wir sprechen nicht ausreichend Spanisch und die Vermieterin kein Englisch oder Deutsch. Deswegen haben wir per Handy hin und her übersetzt. Dabei gab es ein paar Missverständnisse. Abholzeitpunkt, Wasser auffüllen ... Wir sind leider nicht im Guten auseinander gegangen.

Tanto Vicky como Sol se portaron genial con nosotros antes, durante y después del alquiler de su furgo camper. Nos recogieron del aeropuerto y días después nos llevaron allí también, nos ayudaron con alguna duda que nos surgió en ruta e incluso nos han enviado por correo unas gafas de sol que nos dejamos olvidadas en la furgo.
Es una maravilla poder estar de pie dentro de la furgo para cocinar (hay menaje suficiente para apañarse), fregar, ducharse (en verano da gusto tener además la ducha exterior), etcétera. Se conduce fácil, va bien de motor y no dió problemas.
La única pega son las dimensiones de la cama si eres alto/a y vas a dormir con alguien más (no la veo apta para personas de 175cm o más).

La furgo, siendo una furgo más antigua de la que estamos acostumbradas a alquilar, nos ha idio muy bien. Tiene todas las comodidades que se necesitan y está muy bien cuidada y con muchos detalles que hacen que los dias en las isla sean mejores. Por ejemplo: sombrilla, manta para la playa, cafetera... son pequeñas cosas pero que te alegran. Los primeros dias te cuesta hacerte a ese tipo de furgo pero luego va de maravilla.
LAs chicas te dejan una guia de Mallorca muy útil y puedes preguntarles en todo momento cosas y te aconsejan enseguida, siempre con buenas ideas.
Solo destacaria (y no es de la furgo) que Mallorca no es una provincia muy amigable con las furgonetas en general. No hay zonas de camping, ni de vaciado de aguas ni practicamente nada. A penas puedes aparcarla en zonas verdes y hay restricciones para entrar en las ciudades y pueblos si mide mas de 5.20. Pero vamos, esto no es un tema de la furgo que va estupendamente.
