Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

We spent 10 days in the van. It was a really nice trip. The van is old but in really good condition except a little leak from the water tank. It should be already repared while we are writing this comment since Rui (the owner) is taking a big care of his van. You can rent it without hesitation!

Dia Anmiete verlief pünktlich und Rui hat alles super erklärt. Nach 1,5 Stunden fuhr ich los. Die Reise war eine unglaublich schöne Erfahrung und Rui war jederzeit hilfsbereit bei irgendwelchen Fragen. Das Auto ist für sein Alter in super Zustand, vom Besitzer gepflegt. Danke Rui!

Rui was very kind and took time to explain us everything with his english speaking daughter and Google Translator. When we had questions during our trip he always quickly answered and could help us. The mobile home is already a bit aged, but everything worked out fine, it is really spacious and offers everything you need. Though the big size we didn't have problems in small streets of villages. We would rent it again and can recommend it. Thanks Rui for everything!
