Caroline's Converted van

Caroline and Phil were really accommodating, communicated well and made the entire process a breeze! The converted Crafter was just what we were after and it had everything one would need for a great van holiday. We would definitely book again with them in the future and are happy to recommend to anybody else ☺️

Amazing weekend away using Caroline's van. Easy process through Yescapa and friendly handover/ handback with Caroline. The Van had everything you would need for a break, was clean and tidy and has really given us the bug for Campervans. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting to hire a van to try the experience out. We stayed at a great little campsite in Banbury called 'The Pig's Place'. Plenty of space and great for a relaxing weekend. Thanks Caroline, we wil lbe recommending to our friends and we will be back for another trip.

We took the van around the Scottish coast, totalling nearly 2000 miles and would do it again in this van in a heartbeat. It's a large van but feels like a car to drive, we took it through the terrifying Bealach na Ba mountain pass and it was easy, if it can tackle hairpin bends on 20 degree slopes, it can tackle anything. Parking took a few goes to get used due to the size of it, but after a few days we were doing parallel parks along high streets. It has everything you need and more so you only really need food and clothing and you're away.

Caroline and Phill were always on hand to help with the van no matter the time of day.

The only reason we wouldn't hire it again is if we get our own as we loved it so much!

We had a great time camping for the first time with our 3 and 5 year old children. Caroline and her husband were very attentive and the rental process was very straightforward. The van was clean and really well made with every space used cleverly. Everything that was needed plus more were in the van. tables, chairs, pans, plates, utensils, cleaning material, gas.... We really only needed to bring bed linen and food. Very driveable and not cumbersome as many of the motorhomes must be. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely recommend for anyone looking for a camping trip. Thank you very much Caroline!!! 

We enjoyed our stay in the campervan, Caroline has been lovely all throughout, friendly. caring and exceptional in buying the electric fridge for us!

Fantastic weekend and excellent service from the owners of this lovely camper van.  Caroline was incredibly helpful in responding to any questions prior to the day of pick up and showed me alll around the vehicle explaining how to use the equipment.  The camper van itself was also fantastic, very clean and everything looked new as well as being really well fitted out with a sink, washing up and cleaning products a table, 2 chairs, black out wrap around shield, multiple gas stoves, plates, cups, cutlery, pots, pans and a kettle - absolutely everything you would need for your trip.

I would highly recommend and use again in the future - great experience all round!

First experience of using a campervan. It will not be my last. First class. Excellent vehicle and the owners were really helpful and friendly. The vehicle had everything we needed and layout was well thought out. Will definitely hire from them again. Had a tremendous trip.

My experience was great with Caroline and her camper van. 
She was always quick to respond to questions, very helpful when I collected the van and ran through how everything worked.

Caroline and Phil are a friendly couple, very helpful and they have thought about anything you could possibly need for your camping trip which really made our experience easy and enjoyable. We also used the awning tent which was very reasonably priced and very easy to assemble, it rained lots and the tent was very waterproof and it gave us lots of extra room. Getting the deposit back was quick and we had no issues at all. I will definitely be recommending and booking the camper from them again. 

Great van in perfect condition with everything you could possibly need for your trip. Caroline and Phil were also fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks again guys. 

Our hire experience was very good, Caroline and Phil are very lovely and generous people. They were super helpful and showed us everything we needed to know about the van. They were really easy to contact if we needed and responded very quickly. The van itself was amazing and had everything we needed whilst we were traveling. Overall had an excellent experience and would recommend to anyone! 

My girlfriend and I hired the van for a long weekend in South wales and the van was everything we wanted and more. 

Exactly as shown in the pictures, it was good to drive and economical. 

The living space was comfortable and bed was plenty big enough for us both.

Caroline was responsive to messages and very pleasant to deal with.

Our first experience in a caper van couldn't have been better. We spent the bankholiday weekend in the camper, and it was perfect size for a couple. Easy to drive on the intertwining country lanes, and the onboard facilities are great. The bed was comfortable even for my 6.2ft partner and having the cooking and washing available on baord was such convenience for us. Caroline and Phil were helpful and very passionate about VW campers, we look forward to be renting again from the in the future. 

Had a great short break with this van. Caroline and Phil were friendly, very helpful and easy to deal with. The van was clean and functional, the bed is nice and wide and confortable.

From the moment we booked our trip Caroline could not be more helpful - no question was to much and always answered quickly, she went through absolutely everything we arrived to collect the van and even said to message her if we needed help whilst away. Nothing was to much - as for the van, well not enough words to say how fabulous it was - the standard was second to none and they have thought of everything! Was so cosy at night and lovely to be able to chill and relax in a comfy bed once it got to cold to be outside - we can’t wait to book next year and go again! A highlight weekend for sure - thank you so much!

Hiring from them was easy, the van was in great condition, and they obviously love them. No hesitation in hiring from them again. 

We loved the van, looked awesome and drove like a dream. The bed was nice and comfy and the awning really gave us a huge amount of space when setting everything up. We couldnt have asked for a nicer couple to hire the van from too, they fully explained everything and let us borrow all of the plates, utensils, cooking equipment etc that anyone would need while away.... and they refunded the deposit on the same day! We absolutely loved our weekend using Caroline and Phil’s van. It was perfect! The van is so cosy, we had an amazing sleep every night we stayed in there. And has everything we would need. 

The owners were really nice and very helpful, enjoyed meeting you both. Will be sure to rent one of your cans again!

Caroline and Phil have a great little van, exactly what we needed for the weekend. The van is very clean and tidy plus contains all the equipment we needed. The side tent was easy to erect and gave extra cover for the kit we took away. Choice of cookers meant we could do a quick kettle boil inside, or a full meal on the table and chairs outside. Thoroughly recommend this hire.

Excellent Campervan with everything we needed for an U8s end of football season tournament with overnight camping. 

Owners were really helpful throughout the process, even taking me to the local train station when the camper was returned. 

We were planning our first trip in a campervan. We were excited but did not know what to expect. Caroline and Phil were lovely from the outset; clear and prompt communication and nothing was too much trouble. They were super kind answering our questions and making the hiring process very smooth. The campervan was in great condition, very clean and had everything we needed, and more. 

We didn’t need the canopy and extra chairs and tables as the weather ended up being so beautiful and we spent a lot of time on the mountains. But at the end of each day we couldn’t wait to get back to the campervan to cook, relax and have a comfortable nights sleep. 

The campervan was incredibly economical for our trip to North Wakes. It’s easy to drive and is equipped to enjoy short and long adventures. 

Phil and Caroline took time to help us with any issues we had, pre and post hire, and we’d highly recommend using them to create your own amazing memories. It was our first taste of van life and we cannot wait to hire again!
