If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Javier made the whole process very easy from the beginning to the end. Javier was always available for any questions we had or any support we may have needed. The Hymer was wonderful and had all the amenities we needed from cooking dishes to outdoor chairs to relax in. We will definitely be renting the Hymer again from Javier. He put a lot of love in the vehicle. Thanks again!

Javier was exceptional. It was our first experience in Yescapa and it was great!
He gave us all the details we needed to know to look after his camper.
He has good videos on how things work and also he reviewed all the settings before we went on our trip.
He was also flexible to pick up and drop off time. We were two couples going for the weekend and we certainly recommend it for 4 or 5 adults.
