Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Un grand merci à Micheline pour sa disponibilité, sa souplesse et sa gentillesse. Les explications fournies avant le départ nous ont permises de passer un très bon séjour en Bretagne. Le camping-car est parfaitement fonctionnel et entretenu avec soin. Micheline a même fait le nécessaire pour que nous puissions disposer d'un siège auto pour notre fille. Je recommande les yeux fermés! Au plaisir de vous revoir.

proprietaire tres claire dans ses explications et ses conseils,camping-car reçu tres propre et conforme a l'annonce,malgré un petit soucis imprevu la veille de notre depart MICHELINE s'est demenée pour le regler afin que nous puissions partir a temps, merci.
nous n'avons pas aimé ces aires de parking camping-car privées pourtant "specialisées" ,qui vous font payer le prix fort et qui n'offrent pas l'acces a l'electricité de maniere individuelle (2 euros,1 seule borne pour 20 vehicules pour une durée de seulement 2h)..... un peu juste et en plus pour etre dans un parc fermé ou toute sortie est definitive....
