Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Autocaravana lindíssima que, apesar de relativamente antiga, está muito bem estimada. Todos os equipamentos funcionam bem. Tem muita luz natural e uma excelente ergonomia que permitem muito bem-estar, quer em estrada, quer parada, seja dia ou noite. O Pedro e a Renata revelaram-se sempre muito simpáticos, flexíveis e prestáveis antes e durante a nossa viagem. Estivemos 16 dias na estrada e soube a pouco!
É a Autocaravana ideal para umas férias fantásticas pela costa ou pelo interior do país!

We had such a great time! Renata and Pedro are incredible nice hosts. Communication was always very fast and very, very friendly. And the car is so beautiful and charming. We were traveling 3 weeks with our daughter and she loved it. To lie in the bunkbead and look at the sea... was so relaxing. The car drives really nice by the way. We will come back! Thank you Renata & Pedro!

Good experience from start to finish. Owners are easy going and pleasant to deal with. The Hymer is a fantastic design runs well and has loads of character. We were two adults two older teenagers up to 5'9 tall and we found it a good size and enough storage. It is not so large that it is hard to park and manoever. It cruises well at up to 90kph and is comfortable to drive. The gears take some getting use to but for me not a problem. For us the ladder and roof rack was essential for surfboards and this works well. Also easy convenient pickup location. The owners do not charge for extras like chairs, BBQ etc unlike some operators.

Experiência inesquecível, a nossa primeira viagem de autocaravana em família. A carrinha alia um charme vintage muito próprio com uma facilidade de condução e um conforto para pernoitar! O nosso fim-de-semana alargardo pela Costa Vicentina em família encantou adultos e as duas criaças. Uma experiência a repetir, sem qualquer dúvida.
Os proprietários são muito simpáticos, acessíveis e disponíveis para esclarecer qualquer dúvida que possa surgir durante o aluguer.

We are Pedro and Helena, wedding photographers based in Lisboa, and in an unusual year in our lives when we had all our jobs scheduled for 2020 canceled or postponed to 2021, nothing like taking advantage of this precious and unique time in our lives and spending quality time in family. So we decided to rent a motorhome. But we wanted to rent with style, so the opportunity arose to Rent the Hymer from Renata and Pedro. It is a classic car with many delicious details. The trip was incredible, from the Alentejo plains to the starry nights. We make the most of it and always with the support and sympathy of Renata and Pedro who were always available to help. If you rent a motorhome again it will be this Hymer for sure

Foi a 1.ª vez que fiz autocaravanismo e a experiência foi inesquecível, sem dúvida para repetir. O Pedro e a Renata foram impecáveis, sempre disponíveis para esclarecer qualquer dúvida que houvesse a qualquer hora do dia. A Autocaravana apesar de ter alguns anos ( carinhosamente a batizamos de Turbina Diabólica ) cumpriu sempre e a condução é sem dúvida mais fácil do que esperava. Adorámos

Tudo absolutamente fantástico! A caravana já tem alguns anos, mas está impecavelmente estimada e a nível de mecânica e condução é simplesmente irrepreensível. Tem muito espaço, é muito confortável e tem um cenário vintage que não passa despercebido. Já em relação à Renata e ao Pedro, foram incríveis: de uma enorme simpatia e sempre disponiveis. Voltaremos certamente a alugar-lhes esta fantástica Hymer. Obrigado :)

Everything went perfect! Pedro is a great “host” and the caravan is incredible, spacious and easy to drive :) to repeat!
