Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Un très bon séjour entre Pyrénées et Pays Basque. Le fourgon est vraiment parfait, passe partout, équipements au top, très confortable, encombrement idéal...bref que des qualités. Mais surtout ce qui était très appréciable sont la sympathie, les conseils et la disponibilité des propriétaires. Merci beaucoup. Nous recommandons

Le voyage en itinérance était une première pour nous. Nous avons passé une semaine géniale a 4, grâce aux précieux conseils de propriétaires prévenants et attentifs et le super aménagement de leur fourgon !!! Les hautes Pyrénées gagnent à être connus. Nous retenterons l'aventure sans hésitation...

Propriétaires très accueillants, ils on prit le temps de tout nous expliquer en détail très gentiment !
Le fourgon est parfaitement équipé.
Il ne nous manquait rien !
Très bon séjour malgré un temps mitigé à cette époque car le véhicule est confortable même en hiver.
Nous avons testé les 2 couchages ( sur le toit et à l’arrière), les 2 sont confortables et pratiques.
La douche semblait très petite au départ mais est suffisante pour se laver tous les jours.
Nous avons été conquis par cette expérience !
