About this coachbuilt RV
Our motorhome is ideal for a family holiday with 2 or 3 children or even friends. The layout gives the flexibility to keep the seating area setup as a seating & eating area without having to worry about moving beds everyday The vehicle is easy to drive being based on a fiat ducato and comes with split rear camera The Rear Garage can be converted into a lower bunk bed, so is handy for transporting larger items, picnic tables, seats, BBQ which then stay outside and the garage then changed into a lower bunk. We are located a 20 minute drive from the festival site and the motorhome can be collected on the way to the site ( gates usually open midday Tuesday ). Note that there is a minimum 5 day rental for this period but it is generally a Tuesday -> Monday rental.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

This was the first time we had hired a motorhome so it was all new to me. Mark completed a very thorough handover so we felt confident with all the controls etc. He was very helpful and quick to respond to a couple of questions we had whilst away.
The vehicle itself was well equipped, clean and cosy. For a large vehicle it was easy to drive and the rear camera helped with reversing.
I would definitely recommend hiring Mark's lovely motorhome.

Online booking was very easy.
Mark was excellengt in providing advice and information about the vehicle prior to picking up the vehicle and very helpful and thorough with the check in briefing on the pick up day.
Form filling was done online on his mobile phone and a copy was sent to my email address. All very easy and painless. I was aware that I had to pay a deposit of £500 for the hire and assumed it would be taken from my credit card by the booking website, but it is actually paid to the owner. So, be prepared to make the payment on arrival. Mark provided his bank account details and I made a quick online transfer from my mobile phone.
The vehicle was perfect and well equippend for our needs. We had a great holiday in Devon.
The checkout inspection on returning the vehicle was also very quick and easy and the deposit was returned via mobile banking.
