Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Notre première expérience en camping-car... un peu de stress car la "bête" n'est pas petite! mais le voyage s'est très bien passé! Michel nous a tout très bien expliqué au départ et nous a dit de ne pas hésiter à l'appeler en cas de besoin. Nous n'avons pas eu à le faire les explications étaient complètes. la seconde expérience sera plus zen ;)

Cela faisait plusieurs fois que je voulais voyager avec le petit bijou de Michel et je n'ai pas été déçue! Nous sommes parties au lac du Monteynard pour le week end et le camping car nous a régalées. Tout confort, tout équipé, parfaitement adapté et spacieux pour deux personnes. Il n'y a rien à redire! les couchettes sont super confortables, tout fonctionne à la perfection et le double espace table est très appréciable ainsi que les multiples rangements.
Michel a été top et nous a accueillies avec enthousiasme, sérieux et délicatesse. Je recommande vivement cette location!

Superbe location, groupe de 6 amis pour un voyage nécessitant un passage de frontière.
Véhicule conforme à l annonce et récent, facile à conduire et simple à garder propre.
Tout le nécessaire au voyage est inclus et bien pensé.
Quant au propriétaire, il est d'une justesse à tout épreuve, prenez conscience du bahut que vous lui louez et vous aurez en retour toute son aide et sa sympathie !
En conclusion, au top ! N'hésitez pas une seconde à faire affaire avec Michel et son véhicule.
