Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Très bonne expérience avec le camping car, Adrien est très pro et arrangeant. Petit point d'attention, la banquette centrale ne convient pas aux adultes.

Un camping-car familial bien équipé et parfait pour un séjour tout confort avec des petits ! Propriétaire très disponible et pas avare de conseils, un modèle du genre.

Adrien a été vraiment super !
Nous avons eu quelques difficultés pour l'arrivée et il a été extrêmement agréable et arrangeant. Idem pour le retour qui s'est fait sans prises de tête, et dans la confiance.
Le véhicule est très sympa, un peu vieillissant d'un point de vue esthétique mais fonctionnellement parfait. La motorisation est impeccable et a de la pêche, ce qui rend le véhicule agreable a conduire.
En somme, je recommande +++, rien que pour la sympathie d'Adrien ! Bonne route

Nous avons passé de super vacances dans ce camping car. Ce bon vieux papy nous a emmène dans les gorges du Tarn. Nous avons pu apprécier le paysage 😜 Adrien est resté très disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions.
