About this converted van
Our van is a converted nissan elgrand. It's a 3.2ltr diesel automatic. It comes with a rock and roll bed that sleeps 2 and a pop top roof rated to 12 stone. There is the fixed drivers seat and swivel passenger seat plus the rear bench seat with two seat belts (quite small, more suited to children). It comes with a fridge and ice box, 2 burner gas ring and running cold water. It does have 240v hook up (cable included) which then allows the fitted tv/DVD player to be used as well as usb charging points and an oil filled radiator if required. We can include chairs, awning, bbq and outdoor games. Own bedding is required (we usually use sleeping bags). The van includes 4 plates/bowls/glasses/mugs/cutlery and a kettle as well as cleaning supplies. We are based in robin hood country in the middle of Nottinghamshire with plenty of good campsites locally as well as being on the door step of the peak district. You can also be on the coast in around an hour and a half. You may leave your car on our drive if you wish.
New for winter 2019, After a successful seasons rentals and some good feedback the van now has a new easy to clean vinyl floor, 12v sockets that run off the leisure battery to help charge devices off grid, a new 12v tv/dvd player so can be used without electric hookup and new solar panels to keep the battery charged up for longer with downloadable app to help keep on eye on charge levels

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Great time in the camper and Jason and family were helpful throughout. Very comfortable to drive and little kitchen was fab. Jason was available on the phone and replied quickly with any questions we had. Would definitely hire again and a big thank you to Jason.

The van was clean and comfy ideal for a long weekend. Jason was very helpful and showed us all the facilities in detail before we left. I'll probably be renting from him again at Easter. Great friendly service.

Jason has been brilliant throughout the whole rental, clear and concise, happy to help and very quick to despond during rental when we didn't know what certain buttons did.
The camper is a quirky character and suited us well for 3 days in Wales to watch the world rally championship. It's got everything you need and the TV was a nice addition to chill with a movie each evening.
