What do I have to do to receive the insurance certificate?

When the renter has confirmed their rental, you should send us your documents and your vehicle's documents in the following way:

Go to Yescapa.com and sign in. Click on your name in the top right corner, then on "My Bookings", and "My Account" in the left column.

Scan or take a picture of the following documents :

- Your driving licence (both sides)

- Your passport (photo page)

- A proof of address

To upload the documents of the vehicle, go to "My Ads" then "Vehicle documents" on the bottom left. 

Scan or upload pictures of the following documents:

- Registration certificate of the vehicle

- Proof of motor insurance 

- Technical inspection (MOT Test in the UK) if the vehicle is more than 4 years old.

Upload these documents individually to your profile.

We will then send your file to the insurance. Once the certificate is created, we will send you all the documents necessary for your rental (insurance certificate, rental contract, inventory of fixtures form, guides...)

Caution: Please be advised that all the documents should be sent at least 48 hours before the departure or we will not be able to insure the vehicle.
