How do I confirm my booking?

Once the owner accepts your request, we will send you an email to notify you and you will have 48 hours to confirm your booking via the email received or via your account under "My trips".

Don't panic! If after 48 hours you have not made up your mind or need more time to chat with the owner, you can then extend your request for a further 48 hours.

When proceeding to confirm your booking, the following options will be offered to you:

  • In one go when confirming the rental
  • In two instalments free of charge, for payments more than 45 days from departures

Beyond the extended 48 hours and without a confirmation of the booking, the request will be cancelled.
