In painstaking work and with a lot of love and brainpower, we have converted the ex-RTW into a hybrid of mobile home and mobile office. In terms of office equipment, Franzi is better off than most home offices. With a simple flick of the wrist, one half of the bed folds up and transforms the motorhome into a full-fledged workplace for two people: two monitors, two comfortable office chairs, three power sockets and plenty of space.

Franzi enables self-sufficient and independent working. The huge supply battery is powered by the solar system on the roof. Together with the WLAN router with 5G antenna and Germany-wide data flat rate, you don't have to rely on a campsite or its usually pitiful WLAN. A coffee machine is also on board, of course.

After a short and efficient workday, all work materials simply remain on the desk. The bed is folded back, the office chairs are stowed under the bed, and the laptop is safely locked away in the permanently installed safe. In keeping with the motto "out of sight, out of mind," there's no sign of work and the daily vacation can begin. After a jump into the mountain lake or the sundowner surf session in the Atlantic Ocean, one is happy about a cold beer from the fridge and the warm outdoor shower. The focus is on the symbiosis of work and leisure - #workvanlifebalance. Franzi is therefore also fully equipped for vanlife: In addition to a stylish kitchenette with two induction hobs, 50l fresh water & 5l hot water for sink and outdoor shower, 90l fridge incl. freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and all kitchen utensils, Franzi has a super cozy 140 cm wide bed. Under the bed is plenty of storage space for all sorts of equipment/utensils such as camping chairs and table. For even more independence, an eco-separating toilet is also on board. The XXL skylight provides plenty of light in the six square meters of living space. Thanks to the auxiliary heating it's not cold even in winter.
